Care for the Environment and Society is one of the core values for us at Transindia Real Estate, and we consider it our duty and responsibility to do our bit for a better world.

In an endeavour to help underprivileged populations and vulnerable communities, our CSR arm, Avashya Foundation conducts a number of well-structured, impactful, and inclusive initiatives spanning the key areas of Health, Education, Environment, Women’s Empowerment, Sports, and Disaster Relief.

Our key activities include support for healthcare and treatment, medical camps, learning and skill development programs, building and donating homes for those living in tribal regions, scholarships for deserving students, and many more.

To protect the environment and reduce carbon emissions, our facilities are designed to be sustainable and equipped for rainwater harvesting, wastewater management, saving power, optimizing use of natural light, etc.

We have impacted more than 360,000 lives with our activities and aspire to make a difference to many more.
